We advise clients on various aspects of Malaysian employment law including dismissals, retrenchment, domestic inquiries, voluntary or mutual separation schemes and statutory requirements.
We also represent companies or individuals in proceedings at the Industrial Court or Labour Court, judicial review proceedings at the High Court and other proceedings at the civil courts on employment related issues.
In addition to providing advisory services and legal representation, we also assist our clients in drafting or reviewing employment contracts and drafting or reviewing employee handbooks/manuals.
