At Harold & Lam Partnership, once a lawyer completes his or her sixth year of practice, he or she will be considered for Non-Equity Partnership at the discretion of the existing Partnership. An assessment and evaluation will be carried out on the performance of the lawyer who is in the sixth year of his or her practice and if deemed fit, he or she will be considered for Non-Equity Partnership upon completion of his or her sixth year of practice.
