Yan Teng graduated from the University of London with a LL.B (Hons) in 2015. She has obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2016. Thereafter, she commenced her pupillage at Messrs. Harold & Lam Partnership in the Construction & Energy Unit. Yan Teng was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018.
Prior to joining Messrs. Harold & Lam Partnership, Yan Teng completed an attachment programme in a medium-sized law firm in Kuala Lumpur. Her passion is in the practice of dispute resolution, particularly in the area of construction disputes. Besides English and Bahasa Malaysia, she is also fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
