Felicia Lai graduated from University of London in 2017 with LL.B (Bachelor of Laws). She obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2018. Felicia commenced her pupillage at Messrs. Harold & Lam Partnership in the Construction & Energy Unit. Felicia was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2019.
Felicia’s main area of practice is in construction disputes, which includes adjudication, arbitration and litigation. She also regularly assists in non-contentious issues such as drafting and vetting corporate agreements and construction contracts. Beside English and Bahasa Malaysia, Felicia is also fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
