Tey Siaw Ling

Siaw Ling graduated from the University of Hull (UK) and was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn in 2018. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2020. Her main areas of practice involve civil litigation with particular emphasis on construction, tortious and contractual claims, employment and industrial relations and alternative dispute resolution such as adjudication and arbitration. While dispute resolution is her primary focus, Siaw Ling has also undertaken advisory and drafting work in employment and construction-related agreements
