Angela Lai Kah Yee

Angela is a final-year law student at Multimedia University and has been on the Dean’s List from Year 1 to Year 3. In addition to her academic achievements, she has gained legal experience through internships at the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court.

 

 

Beyond the judiciary, she has worked on corporate, intellectual property, and dispute resolution matters, including trademark applications, bankruptcy proceedings, and lease agreements.

 

 

Building on her writing on the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012, she now seeks to explore the practical aspects of construction law.
